Will this fit my new Q Revo Master?

No.The "Master" edition uses two rollers (DualRoller). This kit includes the Single Red Roller used by the standard Q Revo, Q Revo S, Pro, and MaxV. It will not fit the Master.
Do I need tools to install the brush?

No tools needed. The red main brush snaps right into the cleaning head frame. The mop pads are magnetic/velcro attached. You only need a screwdriver if you are changing the small side brush.
How often should I change the spinning mops?

We recommend swapping them every 2-3 months. Even with the dock's washing feature, the microfiber eventually compresses and loses its ability to scrub dried stains.
Does this fix the grinding noise?

Often, yes. A grinding noise is usually caused by hair seizing up the bearings of the main brush. Replacing your old brush with the new one in this kit solves that issue instantly.
