30-Day Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Coredy. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy starting from the date you place your order.
Quality-Related Returns (Defective or Damaged)
If the item you received has a manufacturing defect, or was damaged or lost during transit, Coredy will take full responsibility. We will provide a Free Replacement or a Full Refund.
Non-Quality Related Returns (Buyer's Remorse or Wrong Item Ordered)
If you purchased the wrong part for your model, or simply changed your mind, you may still return the item within 30 days of the order date. The returned item must be in its original, unused, and resalable condition.
Important Note on Shipping Costs:
For non-quality related returns, the consumer is responsible for paying the return shipping fee. The original shipping cost paid at checkout is non-refundable. The specific return fee will depend on the express carrier you choose. We do not charge any restocking fees.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your PayPal account or original method of payment within a certain amount of business days.
12-Month Limited Warranty
All Coredy premium replacement parts, batteries, and accessories are backed by a 12-month limited warranty starting from the date of purchase.
What is Covered?
This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During this period, Coredy will replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship.
What is NOT Covered?
Our warranty does not apply to the following situations:
- Standard wear and tear of consumable parts over time (e.g., heavily used filters or brushes).
- Damage resulting from improper installation, negligence, or unauthorized modification.
- Products purchased from unauthorized third-party resellers.
- Lost or stolen products after delivery confirmation.
- Purchases made more than 12 months ago (unless otherwise explicitly stated).
Note: We only provide after-sales support and warranty coverage for products purchased directly from our official Coredy.com storefront. If your item was purchased from an unauthorized retailer, we cannot verify its authenticity or condition. Please contact that specific retailer directly.
How to Initiate a Return or Warranty Claim
To ensure a fast and smooth process, you can choose one of the following two methods:
Method 1: Self-Service Return Request Recommended
This is the fastest way to manage your return. Simply log in to your account and submit a request directly through our system.
- Step 1: Log in to your Coredy account.
- Step 2: Find the specific order you wish to return and click "Request Return".
- Step 3: Select the items, provide a reason, and add any relevant notes or photos.
- Step 4: Click "Request Return". Our team will review your request within 24 hours.
Method 2: Email Support
If you prefer to contact us via email or need to make a warranty claim for a defective item:
- Email us at support@coredy.com with your Order ID.
- For defective or damaged items, please attach clear photos or a short video demonstrating the issue.
- Our technical team will respond within 24 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.
