Order Fulfillment
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail, and the order will be quickly processed for shipment.
If your shipping information is accurate and the item is in stock, we typically process orders within 1-5 business days. If we need any additional details to ensure a smooth delivery, our support team will reach out to the e-mail address you provided at checkout.
Order Shipment
We fulfill orders from our global warehouse network, including facilities in the US, UK, and our main distribution center in Asia. You will receive tracking information within 1-3 business days of your order leaving the warehouse. If you do not receive your tracking details, please feel free to follow up with us at support@coredy.com.
- Most items will ship straight from our nearest local warehouse to get to you as fast as possible. The chart below shows estimated delivery times after fulfillment.
- 🎉 No Hidden Fees: We proudly cover customs duties and import taxes for the vast majority of our orders! (Please note: For a few select remote regions or specific countries, local customs policies may require the recipient to cover import taxes. If you are shipping to a highly remote area and have concerns, feel free to contact us!)
We aim to get your robot vacuum back up and running quickly! Most of our replacement batteries are stocked in our local overseas warehouses for fast delivery. Occasionally, due to strict regional aviation regulations for lithium-ion products, specific battery orders may need to be routed through specialized international channels. If your order falls into this category, please allow 7 to 14 working days for delivery. We appreciate your patience and will ensure it reaches you safely!

After-Sales & Support
Damages in Transit: Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, please make a note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, simply send clear photos to support@coredy.com, and our team will quickly process a claim and find a solution for you.
Returns & Exchanges: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Please ensure the merchandise is in its original factory condition and includes all original packaging materials, manuals, and accessories.

* Dispatch: While most orders ship locally, some specific replacement accessories or out-of-stock items may be dispatched directly from our distribution center via specialized routes. These deliveries generally take around 7-15 working days.
