How do I remove hair stuck on the ends of the main brush? +


Simply twist and pull off the bearing caps on both ends of the main rubber brush. Slide the tangled hair off, then snap the caps back into place.

Are the side brushes silicone or nylon bristles? +


These side brushes feature the upgraded 5-arm silicone design, identical to the original S7 specifications, for better durability and less tangling compared to traditional nylon bristles.

Do I need tools to replace these parts? +


No tools are required. The main brush cover snaps off by pinching the release tabs, and the side brush can be unscrewed using a standard Philips-head screwdriver (usually included with your robot) or just pulled off depending on your specific model variation.
