My vacuum is a RoboVac 11. Will this battery fit? +

No. The original RoboVac 11 and 11+ use a completely different, larger battery pack. This battery is specifically designed for the "11S" (Slim) and newer models. Please check the sticker on the bottom of your vacuum to see if it has the "S".

My vacuum flashes a red light and beeps 4 times while charging. Will this fix it? +

Yes! A solid red light with 4 beeps usually means a stuck roller brush, but a flashing red light with 4 beeps specifically indicates that your battery has reached the end of its lifespan and can no longer hold a charge. Replacing the battery will clear this error.

How hard is it to replace the battery? +

It takes less than 3 minutes. Simply flip your vacuum over, use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the two screws on the battery compartment door, squeeze the clip to unplug the old battery, and plug the new one in.

Is this a Lithium-ion (Li-ion) battery? +
