My vacuum is a Roborock Q5. Will these filters fit? +

It depends entirely on the exact version of your Q5. These filters perfectly fit the newer Q5 Pro and Q5 Pro+. However, they will NOT fit the older standard Q5 or Q5+ models. The dustbins are shaped differently. Please check your vacuum's label for the "Pro" designation before ordering.

Can I wash these filters? +


Yes! These are washable HEPA filters. You can rinse them under cold water to remove built-up fine dust. Crucial rule: You MUST let the filter air dry completely (at least 24 hours) before putting it back into the robot. Using a wet filter will damage your vacuum's motor.

How often should I replace the filter? +


While they are washable, the micro-pores in HEPA filters eventually get permanently clogged. We recommend washing the filter every 2 weeks and replacing it with a brand new one every 2 to 3 months, especially if you have pets or a dusty environment.

Why do these not fit the Roborock S7 or S8? +


Roborock changed the dustbin design for different series. The S7 and S8 series use a different filter shape that sits at the top of the bin, whereas these filters are designed for the specific bin/tank combo found in the Q7, Q8, and Q5 Pro series.
