Will these fit my Roborock S7 or standard Q5? +

No, they will not fit. The S7 series and standard Q5 use a single-brush system. This DuoRoller kit consists of two brushes that are only compatible with newer Roborock models specifically designed with a dual-brush housing (like the S8, Q5 Pro, and Q8 Max). You cannot upgrade a single-brush vacuum to a dual-brush system.

Are both brushes in the box the exact same? +


No, they are designed to work as a pair. The set includes one red brush and one black brush with opposite tread patterns. They counter-rotate to pinch and lift debris into the suction path. Make sure to match the color of the brush to the color-coded slots on your vacuum's brush guard.

How do I clean hair wrapped around the edges of the brushes? +

It's incredibly easy! The gray end caps on both sides of these brushes can be unlocked and pulled off. Once removed, any hair tangled around the axles will slide right off. No scissors are needed!

How often should I replace the main brushes? +


For optimal cleaning performance, we recommend replacing the dual rubber brushes every 6 to 12 months. If you notice the rubber treads becoming worn down and flat, or if the vacuum is leaving debris behind on carpets, it's time for a replacement.

Will these rubber brushes scratch my hardwood floors? +


Not at all. They are made from high-quality, flexible, and non-marring rubber that is tough on carpet dirt but extremely gentle on sealed hard floors, tile, and laminate.
